Course Objectives The aim of the course is that the students learn about internal diseases and nursing approaches applied in these diseases.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students who successfully complete this course will be able to;
  • describe the effect of stress on the organism,
  • list nursing approach in liquid electrolyte imbalances,
  • explain the nursing care in acid-base imbalances,
  • describe the chronic diseases related to systems,
  • explain the nursing approaches that should be applied in chronic diseases.
Course Description This course covers the theoretical knowledge necessary for appropriate nursing approach to patient with internal disease problems (physiology and pathology, diagnosis-treatment methods, nursing care, prevention and rehabilitation).
