Course Objectives To educate nurses who have the knowledge and skills to provide effective management of nursing services.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to recognize the use of the nurse's managerial role in the field
  • Will be able to explain the roles and functions of nurse managers
  • Will be able to evaluate the functioning of the management process in institutions
  • Will be able to evaluate the status of legal regulations related to health management in the field of application
  • Will be able to explain the quality management process in nursing
  • Will be able to use leadership skills in healthcare team.
Course Description This course includes knowledge and skills that enable students to gain competencies related to the nurse's managerial role.
