Course Objectives This course aims to teach students the basic concepts of management and nursing services management, and to provide them with the knowledge and skills necessary for leadership.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • define the concepts related to management and nursing services management,
  • explain the importance of the management process in terms of protecting, maintaining and improving health.
  • discuss the place of the nursing system in the health system and Turkish society according to the system approach,
  • define the roles of the manager nurse in institutions,
  • explain the leadership role of the nurse,
  • list the legal regulations related to health management.
Course Description This course includes basic concepts related to management and nursing services administration.
