Course Objectives | At the end of this course, students will be able to define the cognitive, psychological, behavioral reactions and psychosocial problems that can develop the health of the patients and their families due to the physical (medical) illness, ranging from primer protection to rehabilitation. Thus, the trainer role in counseling the nurse of the patient provides training for nurses on psychosocial diagnosis, care and work stress |

Course Description | This course covers the physical and mental state of the individual with physical illness, therapeutic communication, individual and group counseling for developmental and situational crises, loss process, burnout and job satisfaction experienced by nurses. |
