| Course Description | This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle through a combination of healthy living components such as regular physical activity and proper nutrition, sleep and stress management. The course will cover various aspects of health, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sleep, with a focus on practical strategies for incorporating these elements into daily life. |
